摘要
目的:分析益气祛瘀丸治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风的临床效果。方法:选取58例气虚血瘀型缺血性中风患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用阿司匹林以及阿托伐他汀进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上再给予益气祛瘀丸治疗,对两组的临床效果及神经功能缺损评分进行比较分析。结果:3个月后,观察组的总有效率为93.11%,高于对照组的75.86%;神经功能缺损改善情况优于对照组,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用益气祛瘀丸治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风患者效果显著,值得推广。
Objective： To analyze clinical efficacy of Yiqi Quyu Wan on ischemic stroke. Method： 58 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observed group, 29 cases in each group. The control group took aspirin and atorvastatin. The observed group took Yiqi Quyu Wan more. Results： In three months, the total efficiency was 93.11% in the observed group, higher than 75.86% in the control group; improvement of NIHSS was better in the observed group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Treating ischemic stroke with Yiqi Quyu Wan can received significant efficacy, and is worthy of promotion.
