摘要
目的：观察补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型中风的临床疗效。方法：将90例患者随机分为两组，治疗组50例，对照组40例，全部采用西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用补阳还五汤治疗，比较两组间的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95．5％，对照组为79．4％，P〈0．05，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风疗效较好。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Treating Qixu Xueyu type ischemic stroke by Buyang Huanwu decoction. Methods： 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups： Treatment group in 50 cases and control group in 40 cases, all using Western medicine therapy, on the bases, the treatment group add Buyang Huanwu decoction, compare the clinical effect of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group for 95.5% and control group for 79.4% （P〈0.05）, and the effect of treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion： The effect of treating Qixu Xueyu type ischemic stroke by Buyang Huanwu decoction was good.
