摘要
目前多电平逆变器大量应用在高压大容量交流传动以及电力系统领域,针对三电平电压源逆变器输出的电压谐波分量高的问题,采用了二极管钳位五电平电压源逆变器。分析了五电平逆变器的矢量调制基本原理,通过MATLAB/SIMULINK软件平台对三电平与五电平逆变器进行仿真比较,证明了五电平逆变器的优点与可行性。
At present, a large number of inverters are widely used in high voltage and large capacity AC transmission and power system, aiming at the problem of high voltage harmonic component of the output voltage of three level voltage source inverter is high, diode clamped five-level voltage source inverter is adopted. Analyzes the basic principle of vector modulation for five-level inverter, compares the three-level inverter and five-level inverter by MATLAB/SIMULINK software and proves the advantages and feasibility of the five-level inverter.
