摘要
提出一种改进型混合级联多电平逆变拓扑,分析了其结构及工作原理,该拓扑在混合SPWM方法控制下可获得较高的等效开关频率和较低的开关损耗。将该拓扑应用于动态电压恢复器(DVR)的逆变主电路,在仿真基础上完成了单相混合级联多电平DVR样机软、硬件的设计,以及电压跌落补偿实验,实验结果验证了该拓扑应用于DVR主电路的有效性,同时可提高DVR的容量,改善输出电压谐波特性。
An improved hybrid cascaded muhilevel inverter topology is proposed, the structure and working principle of the topology are analyzed.Under the control of a hybrid modulation SPWM method, the topology can obtain a higher equivalent switching frequency and lower switching losses.A single phase hybrid cascaded multilevel dynamic voltage restorer(DVR) prototype is designed, including software and hardware, and the voltage sag compensation expe- riment is completed.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the topology used in the DVR,the topology improves the DVR's capacity and the output voltage harmonic characteristics.
