摘要
[目的]探讨中学生肥胖相关行为自我效能现状及其对行为阶段的影响,为该人群的健康教育提供对策方法。[方法]以2300名中学生为被试,运用中文版中学生肥胖相关行为调查问卷进行现场调查,研究体育锻炼、久坐行为、高脂饮食及果蔬摄入的自我效能得分在不同性别、年级以及行为阶段上的差异。[结果]男生体育锻炼的自我效能感高于女生,久坐不动、高脂饮食与果蔬摄入的自我效能感低于女生(P<0.05);高中生的久坐不动与果蔬摄入自我效能感高于初中生(P<0.05),体育锻炼与高脂饮食自我效能感低于初中生(P<0.05)。随着自我效能提高,行为阶段往高阶段发展(P<0.05)。[结论]自我效能在不同行为阶段上的得分有差异,且随着行为阶段的前移,自我效能上升,提示可以通过提高中学生自我效能以改善其肥胖相关行为,从而促进健康。
Objective This study discusses obesity related behaviors self - efficacy situation and the influence of its behavior stage so as to provide for this group's health education. Methods Selected 2300 students, field investigated by Chinese version obesity questionnaire. It studied different selfefficacy score in different sex, grade and behavior stage of physical exercise, sedentariness, high fat dietary and fruit & vegetable intake. Results The statistical analysis shows that boy's self - efficacy score were higher than girl's in physical exercise, but lower in sedentary behavior, high fat dietary and fruit & vegetable intake. High school students' self - efficacy was higher than middle school students' in sedentary behavior and fruit & vegetable intake, but lower in physical exercise and high fat dietary. With self - efficacy score rising, behaviors stage moves forward accordingly. Conclusions There is difference in the score of self - efficacy on different behaviors stage. It is rising with behaviors stage moving forward. That means it can improve students' obesity related behavior through improving their self - efficacy.
