摘要
为筛选新的生防资源菌种,用平板对峙培养法测定了杜鹃内生细菌DJ-6的抑菌谱。通过菌株形态学观察、培养特征、生理生化特性和分子辅助分类法确定其分类地位,同时对其活菌制剂(BCA)进行田间防效试验。结果表明,DJ-6对供试植物病原真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,BCA对草莓炭疽病和灰霉病的防治效果都极显著高于对照化学药剂(多菌灵),根据菌株形态观察、生理生化特征和16Sr DNA基因和gyr B基因序列比对分析,鉴定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。
To discover new biological control agents,the biocontrol activity of azaleas endophytic bacteria strain DJ-6 was interpreted by dualcultural plate method. Based on the morphological,chemical and molecular taxonomy methods,the field effect test of DJ-6 biocontrol agent( BCA) were conducted. The results showed that the strain DJ-6 displayed a broad-spectrum inhibitive activity. Data of field experiments of BCA demonstrated that the field biocontrol efficacy was all superior to the chemical control( Carbendazim). According to the morphological,physiological,biochemical characteristics,16 S r DNA and gyr B gene sequence,the strain DJ-6 was identified as Bacillus subtilis.
