摘要
用不连续PAGE对酵母两种形态菌体中MDH同工酶(苹果酸脱氢酶)和SOD同工酶(超氧化物歧化酶)进行电泳分析.发现在GYR中培养12h时(多细胞占主体)的MDH同工酶酶带比GYP中的多3条;SOD同工酶酶带则多4条.
MDH and SOD isozymes are seperated by non successive PAGE in dimorphism of Candida during their cultivation. Three new MDH bands appeare in Candia after it is cultivated for 12 hours in GYR(Almost mycelial) compared to the MDH bands in Candia after it is cultivated for 12 hours in GYP(Almost yeast). At the same time, four new SOD bands are investigated.
