恶劣天气对高原山区高速公路交通流特征的影响分析 被引量:18

An Impact Analysis of Bad Weather on Traffic Flow Characteristics of Plateau Mountain Expressway

摘要 为定量分析雨、雪、雾等高原山区常见恶劣天气对高速公路交通流特征的影响,利用长期监测的昆明市小铺—兔耳关高速公路固定监测点的交通流与天气状况数据,针对不同天气的影响,估算不同天气下车速和流量的折减系数,并与恶劣天气对平原地区高速公路交通流影响进行对比分析;然后采用回归分析方法,标定了不同恶劣天气条件下的高原山区高速公路速度-流量关系模型。结果表明:在小雪和中雪天气条件下,高原山区高速公路平均车速分别下降6 km/h和10 km/h,交通流量分别下降5.4%和22.0%;在小雨、中雨和大雨天气条件下,平均车速分别下降3 km/h,5 km/h和12 km/h,交通流量分别下降4.8%,16.4%和16.7%;在小雾和中雾天气条件下,平均车速分别下降6 km/h和14 km/h,交通流量下降比例均未超过3%。 In order to quantitatively analyze influences of bad weather(such as rain,snow and fog)on traffic flow characteristics of expressway in plateau mountainous,the long-term monitoring data of traffic flow and weather condi⁃tions from the fixed monitoring points of Xiaopu-Tu'erguan expressway in Kunming is used to estimate the reduction coefficients of vehicle speed and traffic flow under different weather conditions.Then they are compared with the im⁃pacts of bad weather on expressway traffic flow in plain areas.A regression analysis method is used to calibrate the speed-flow relationship model of expressway in plateau mountain under different bad weather conditions.The results show that:under light and moderate snow conditions,the average speed decreases by 6 km/h and 10 km/h,respec⁃tively;meanwhile,the traffic flow decreases by 5.4%and 22.0%,respectively.Under light,moderate,and heavy rain conditions,the average speed decreases by 3 km/h,5 km/h,and 12 km/h,respectively;meanwhile,the traffic flow de⁃creases by 4.8%,16.4%,and 16.7%,respectively.Under light and moderate fog conditions,the average speed de⁃creases by 6 km/h and 14 km/h,respectively,with the decline of traffic flow are less than 3%.
