摘要
天然植物醇在不同量的水介质作用下,经三溴化磷溴化,可得到不同顺反异构体比例的叶基溴,然后再与甲萘醌环戊二烯加成物缩合得到维生素K_1前体,最后解聚得到不同顺反异构体比例的维生素K_1。
Vitamin K_1 with different ratio of cis/trans isomers was synthesized from natural phytol via bromination with phosphorus tribromide in the presence of different content of water to get different ratio of(E/Z)-isomeric phytyl bromide, followed by condensation with cyclopentadiene-menadione adduct and retro-Diels-Alder reaction.
