表面活性剂强化超/微滤膜对亚甲基蓝的分离性能

Separation Performance to Methylene Blue of Micellar-Enhanced Polyethetrsulfone Membrane

摘要 采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对商品聚醚砜超微滤膜的分离性能进行强化,对强化前后聚醚砜膜对亚甲基蓝(MB)阳离子染料的分离性能、膜的结构和化学组分进行分析。结果表明:超微滤膜的主要组分为聚醚砜,不含其他增强剂;随着分离时间增加原液中MB浓度、透过液中SDS浓度均不断增大,强化后的超滤和微滤膜对亚甲基蓝的截留率均达到100%。 Sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),an anionic surfactant,was used to enhance the separation performance of commercial polyethersulfone(PES)microfiltration/ultrofiltration membranes.The separation performance to methylene blue(MB),a cationic dye,morphology and chemical composition of PES membranes before and after reinforcing were investigated.The results showed that the major constituent of PES membranes was PES without reinforcing agent.As the separation time increased,the concentration of MB and SDS was increased,too.After reinforcing,the rejection of the PES membranes to MB was 100%.The reinforced microfiltration technology can be applied to recycle of surfactant.
