摘要
本实验采用5%的乙醇溶液进行提取,以膜通量为评价指标,讨论了不同条件下膜通量的变化,确定了最优的纯化工艺,操作压力为0.6 Mp,操作温度25~30℃,操作时间30 min,提取液浓度在原浓度的基础上稀释3倍,膜过滤后总黄酮含量明显增大。
In this study,we use 5% ethanol solution extrat, using membrane flux as the evaluation, and discussed the membrane flux changes under the different conditions, determined the optimal purification, effect pressure is 0. 6Mp, effect temperature are range from 25 to 30℃, effect times is 30 min, Concentration of extract concentration on the basis of the original 3-fold dilution, After mem- brane filtration the total flavonoid content significantly increased.
