摘要
超声波变幅杆的结构影响键合质量,通过纵向声波在变幅杆中的波动方程,建立了振动位移数学模型及振幅放大系数模型。以变幅杆的许用强度为约束条件,放大系数为优化目标,构建了变幅杆机构的优化设计数学模型,并进行了实例分析,为变幅杆实际应用奠定了理论基础。
The structure of ultrasonic horn is affected by the bond quality. The mathematical model of the vibra- tion displacement and the amplitude amplification factor model are established by using the wave equation of the longitudinal acoustic wave in the range of the horn. The allowable strength of the horn is the constraint condition, the amplification coefficient as the optimization goal. To construct the mathematical model of optimization design of horn mechanism, and has carried on the example analysis, a theoretical foundation was laied for the horn of practi- cal application.
