摘要
本文通过教师形象这一教师文化主体的表征,描述与分析了历史文化变迁的脉络下中国教师文化的特征及其内涵,包括古代教师的圣贤与官僚形象文化、近代教师的启蒙者形象文化、现当代教师的公仆与专业者形象文化。研究认为,教师形象的发展与变化是时代的产物,具有时代性,但也具有一定的沿袭性;同时,在教师形象文化的变迁过程中,以教师的育人观为核心的师生关系也随之发展与变化,并保留了一些具有本质属性的部分。
This paper focuses on the development of characters and essence of Chinese teacher images from historical culture construction perspective,the development including teacher sage image and bureaucratic image of ancient time; teacher enlightener image of modern time and teacher public servant image and professional image of contemporary time. This research suggests that the development of teacher images has characteristic of the times,but also has characteristic of inherited that the image of each stage has inherited and interpreted the essential parts of the conventional images; and at the same time,in the process of development,there were also had changes of the relationship between teachers and students which as the core of teacher's concept of education,but different teacher images of educational concepts have retained some portions having essential attribute.
