摘要
目的分析微创颅内血肿清除手术治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法回顾性选择2014年6月-2015年6月我院收治112例HICH患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组（50例）与研究组（62例）,前者行传统开颅手术治疗,后者行微创颅内血肿清除手术,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组总有效率较对照组高,研究组时间指标均比对照组短,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论微创颅内血肿清除手术治疗HICH患者疗效显著。
Objective Analysis of efficacy of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Retrospective Selected 112 HICH cases clinical data from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital,depended on the treatment program were divided into the control group（50 cases） and the study group（62 cases）,the former line of conventional treatment,the latter minimally invasive intracranial hematoma surgery,the clinical results were compared.Results The total efficiency of the study group was higher than the control group,the study group time index was shorter than the control group,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma in patients with efficacy HICH.
