摘要
目的研究安全管理对策预防临床给药错误的效果。方法比较医院2013年(实施安全管理前)及2014年(实施安全管理后)患者出现用药错误的比率。结果 2014年119 429人次患者中发生用药错误489人次(0.41%),显著低于2013年的95 198人次中发生用药错误599人次(0.63%),P<0.05。结论实施安全管理措施可提高用药安全性,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of safety management on the prevention of clinical drug delivery errors. Methods The ratio of drug use error occurred in the hospital after the implementation of safety management in 2014,and the data collected in 2013 were compared. Results In 2014,error of 119 429 patients with drug use occurred 489 times,accounting for 0.41% ;in 2013,error of 95 198 patients with drug use occurred 599 times,accounting for 0.63% ,which was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through a series of safety management measures, it can improve the safety of drug use, the effect is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
