摘要
目的研究分析加强西药房管理对减少药患纠纷的影响效果。方法选取本院患者100例,选取时间为2016年7月到—2017年8月,随机分成对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组采取常规西药房管理,观察组在对照组的基础上加以实施加强西药房管理措施,对比两组患者的药患纠纷发生率、药品差错发生率。结果观察组的药患纠纷发生率和药品差错发生率均低于对照组,P <0.05。结论在西药房常规管理工作中积极应用加强西药房管理措施,有效降低药患纠纷的发生概率,促进良好医患关系的发展。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of strengthening the management of Western pharmacies on reducing disputes between patients and pharmacists.Methods 100 patients in our hospital were selected from July 2016 to August 2017.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was managed by routine western pharmacy,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group implemented measures to strengthen the management of Western pharmacies.The incidence of drug disputes and drug errors between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of drug disputes and the incidence of drug errors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P < 0.05.Conclusion Strengthening the management measures of western pharmacies in the routine management of western pharmacies,effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of drug disputes,and promote the development of good doctor-patient relationship.
