摘要
新型工业化不仅科技含量高、经济效益好、环境污染少、资源消耗低,而且人力资源优势能得到充分发挥,同时它也适应了世界经济发展新趋势的创新。湖南省作为我国发展较好的中部省份,亟需在资源与环境约束下选择一条适合省情的新型工业化发展道路。通过对湖南省新型工业化发展现状的分析,发现目前湖南省工业增速较快,整体实力逐步增强,且工业结构调整取得显著成效,但仍出现了产业结构欠合理、环境恶化、资源短缺、新兴产业比重偏小等问题,因此,应不断发挥产业的地区比较优势,优势互补,形成联动式发展和促进产业结构升级。最终,在资源与环境约束下为湖南新型工业化发展选择一条适合长久发展的新路径。
The New-style Industrialization （NSI） is not only the high technological content, good economic returns, low environmental pollution, low consumption of resources, and human resources can be fully realized, at the same time it also adapt to the innovation of the new trend of world economic development. As China＇s development better central provinces, Hunan Province urgently need select a suitable situation of the development path of new industrialization un- der the constraints of resources and environment. Through the analysis on the current situation of the new industrialization in Hunan Province, the Hunan Province industry rapid growth, the overall strength gradually increased, and the adjustment of industrial structure is unreasonable, the deterioration of the environment, the shortage of resources, the proportion of emerging industry partial Small problems, there-fore, should continue to play the comparative advantages of industrial areas, the formation of complementary advantages, coordinated development and promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. Finally, for the Hunan new industrialization development in resource and environmental constraints to choose a suitable for the long-term development of the new path.
