摘要
国家公派研究生项目自2007年实施以来在国内外产生了很大的影响,经过近八年的实际运作,项目取得了良好的效果,大大提升了我国博士生的培养质量。本文介绍南京大学在国家公派研究生项目实施过程中人员选拔的一些做法,并对今后进一步完善公派研究生项目的选拔机制提出建议,以期能为国家公派项目的后续开展提供参考。
The China Graduate Scholarship Program has effectively improved the quality of doctoral training in this country since its launch about eight years ago. This paper describes what Nanjing University has done in the selection of qualified students for this program, and provides suggestions for improving the selection system in order to achieve continued success in the program.
