非变应性鼻炎排除诊断存在的问题及对策 被引量：3

Problems and strategies on diagnosis and exclusion of non-allergic rhinitis

摘要 慢性鼻炎可总体上分为变应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis,AR）和非变应性鼻炎（non-allergic rhinitis,NAR）两大类。AR与NAR比例大致为3∶1〔1〕。NAR与AR的症状和体征非常相似,但没有特异性变应原〔2〕。
