鼻用糖皮质激素加外科干预治疗鼻塞型血管运动性鼻炎 被引量：1

摘要 血管运动性鼻炎（vasomotor rhinitis，VMR）是一组有持续性或间歇性鼻部症状的异质性疾病，特征是每年症状存在9个月以上^[1,2]，是非变应性鼻炎（Non-allergic rhinitis NAR）中最多见的一类。病因不明，纷繁复杂的多个命名更突出了其发病原因不明的特点^[3]。由于VMR的病因及发病机制尚不明确，临床上主要给予对症处理，包括药物治疗和手术治疗，以前者为主^[4]。
