Synthesis and characterization of biodegradable poly(butylene adipate-co-butylene terephthalate)

摘要 为利用废弃PET制备生物降解的脂肪-芳香族共聚酯材料,研究了废弃PET在1,4-丁二醇存在下醇解制备聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯低聚物(BHBT),己二酸与丁二醇反应制备聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)的条件,BHBT和PBA缩聚成脂肪-芳香族共聚酯(PBAT)的影响因素,结果表明,采用废弃PET成功制备了有良好的生物降解性能的脂肪-芳香族共聚酯PBAT。 In order to use recycled polyethylene terephthalate(PET) to prepare biodegradable poly(butylene adipate- co-butylene terephthalate) (PBAT) ,the conditions of reaction between PET and 1,4-butylene glycol to prepare poly(butyl- ene terephthalate) aromatic prepolymer as well as between adipic acid and 1,4-butylene glycol to prepare an aliphatic pre- polymer, and the polycondensation reaction between aromatic prepolymer and aromatic prepolymer to prepare PBAT were investigated. The chemical structure of PBAT was characterized by 1 H-NMR spectroscopy. The result showed that biode- gradable poly(butylene adipate-co-butylene terephthalate) was successfully made from recycled PET.
