摘要
采用共沉淀法制备顺磁性纳米Fe3O4。通过XRD,SEM,VSM,BET对样品进行表征,结果表明,在制备过程中优选沉淀剂Na2CO3与N2H4·H2O,可使Fe3O4纳米颗粒具有较高饱和磁化率与比表面积,最高饱和磁化率为93 emu/g,最大比表面积为276.8 m2/g。同时发现Fe3O4的粒径和饱和磁化率都与反应溶液的p H值呈正比。
In this paper, Fe3O_4 nanoparticles was prepared by coprecipitation method and the samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, VSM and BET. The results indicated that Na2CO3 and N2H4-H2O make Fe3O_4 higher saturation magnetization and specific surface area. Thereinto, the strongest saturation magnetization was 93 emu/g, the specific surface area of the Fe3O_4 nanoparticles was up to 276.8 m2/g. It's also found that the particle size and saturation magnetization of Fe3O_4 were proportional to the PH of the reaction solution.
