摘要
介绍了织物衬垫型摩擦材料压缩弹性模量的实验测试研究工作,在液压压机上应用差分位移测试装置精确测试了不同压力下的衬垫变形量,从而获得衬垫弹性模量。对不同工艺固化压力下的衬垫材料弹性模量进行了实验研究,测试了固化压力对自润滑衬垫材料力学性能的影响。准确的衬垫摩擦材料弹性模量数据对应用自润滑衬垫材料的轴承设计计算具有非常重要的意义。
Experimental test work on the elastic modulus of woven fabric liner tribology material is introduced in this paper. The differential displacement sensors are used to accurately measure the deformation of the woven fabric liner under different compressive loading, thus obtaining the compressive elastic modulus. The effects of the manufacturing processing of the liner on the elastic modulus, such as curing pressure, are investigated. The accurate modulus data of self-lubricated woven fabricated liner is of great importance to the design of the self-lubricated bearing which needs to take the liner as self-lubricated materials.
