自润滑关节轴承斜纹织物衬垫弹性性能的分析模型 被引量:8

摘要 根据具体纤维结构建立了适用于自润滑关节轴承斜纹织物衬垫的弹性性能分析模型,并运用细观力学的方法,基于经、纬方向纤维束的几何参数和材料参数,在刚度平均的基础上分析了该衬垫的弹性性能,求得了衬垫刚度矩阵的参数解析式,获得了衬垫的9个弹性常数,即3个弹性模量,3个剪切模量和3个泊松比;通过与试验结果进行验证,理论模型计算结果与试验结果吻合性较好。 Elastic properties analysis model applicable to spherical plain bearing with self-lubricating woven fabric liner was built by fabric structure.In the base of stiffness average,the elastic properties of the liner were analyzed using mesomechanics and geometrical and material parameters of the fabric bundles in warp and weft direction,parameter analysis formula of fabric liner stiffness matrix and nine elastic constants(three modulus of elasticity,three shear modulus and three Poisson ratio) were got.The theory model results agreed with experiment results.
