摘要
收集了2010—2013年A股上市公司数据,采用面板固定效应回归模型,实证分析了公司治理与技术创新的关系,发现股权集中度、股权制衡、高管货币薪酬和高管持股比例与技术创新正相关,独立董事比例、股东大会、董事会和监事会年内召开次数与技术创新负相关。最后提出提高企业技术创新意识、完善公司治理结构的建议。
This paper empirically studied the relationship between corporate governance and technical innovation based on the rel- evant data of Chinese listed companies from the year 2010 to 2013. Using panel fixed effect model to regress, findings are as follows： ownership concentration, equity balance, executive monetary remuneration and managerial stock ownership are positively related to technical innovation, but the proportion of independent director, the number of meetings of shareholders＇ general meeting, the board of directors and the board of supervisors are negatively associated with technical innovation. Finally, the paper puts forward the suggestion of imurovin~ the enterurise＇s technical innovation consciousness and imuroving the structure of coroorate ~overnance.
