摘要
以黄杯杜鹃和大萼杜鹃种子为试验材料,研究了不同温度条件及不同浓度赤霉素浸种24h对黄杯杜鹃和大萼杜鹃种子发芽的影响。结果表明:2种杜鹃种子在15~25℃条件下发芽率极低,其中,黄杯杜鹃在15℃下发芽率略高于20℃和25℃处理,但差异不显著;不同浓度赤霉素浸种对2种杜鹃种子萌发均有一定的促进作用。800mg/L赤霉素浸种对黄杯杜鹃萌发的促进作用最好,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别为81.33%、70.33%、9.34,与对照相比差异显著,萌发时滞缩短,发芽持续时间明显增加。大萼杜鹃萌发的适宜赤霉素浓度为400mg/L。
Taking two species of Rhododendronas test materials,the effect of different temperature conditions and GA on germination of Rhododendronwardii W.W.Smith and Rhododendron megacalyx Balf.f.el Ward were studied.The results showed that the germination rates of two species were extremely low at 15-25℃.Rhododendron wardii W.W.Smith had slightly higher germination rate at 15℃ than 20℃ and 25℃,but the difference was not significant.Seed germination of two species were improved by different treatments of gibberellin concentrations.800 mg/L GA could effectively improve seed germination percentage,germination energy and germinating index of Rhododendron wardii W.W.Smith,shorten seed germination starting time and extend lasting time of germination.Seed germination of Rhododendron megacalyxBalf.f.et Ward was the best with 400mg/L GA.
