摘要
癫痫猝死(sudden unexpected death in epilepsy,SUDEP)是癫痫患者在发作期或发作间期突发的无法解释的死亡,其风险明显高于普通人群。其可能是多种机制共同作用的结果,包括呼吸抑制、致命性心律失常、自主功能障碍等。但发病机制仍未能完全阐明,为更深入、客观、科学的认识,进行SUDEP模型研究。文中对SUDEP模型包括DBA模型、Dravet综合征模型、Kv1.1型钾通道模型、家族性长QT综合征模型等研究进行综述。
Sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP) indicates sudden death without a definite cause in epileptics, espe- cially during seizures or interictal phase. The risk of sudden death in epileptic patients is higher than that in individuals without epilepsy. There are many mechanisms of SUDEP: cardiac dysfunction, respiratory depression, and autonomic dysfunction. Thus, understanding of animal models is required for the research of pathogenesis and therapy of SUDEP. This paper review the some animal models including DBA mice, Dravet syndrome mice, Kv1.1 mice, Long QT syndrome mice.
