摘要
针对铍"L型板"零件尺寸小、精度要求高以及铍材电加工性能较差的问题,对该零件的轮廓成形开展了精密线切割技术攻关和工艺稳定性实验研究,优化了工艺加工路线,最终掌握了精密铍"L型板"的线切割稳定工艺。
For beryllium "L board" parts size is small, high accuracy requirement of the poor and beryllium material machining performance, precision wire cutting on the outline of the part forming was carried out technical research and process stability experiment, optimized the process route, finally mastered the precision beryllium "L" line stabilization process.
