摘要
分析了T10A钢模具线切割时产生变形和裂纹的主要原因,改进了相应的热处理和线切割工艺,有效地避免了线切割时变形与裂纹的产生,提高了模具质量.
This paper analyzes the cause of WEDM deformation and crack formation of the T10A steel mould, which can improve their quench and WEDM properties, avoid the WEDM deformation and crack, improve the quality of mould.
