摘要
目的观察五汁饮对急性酒精性肝细胞损伤、胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法 SD大鼠分为5组,分别为空白组,模型组,葛花组,五汁饮低剂量组及高剂量组。预防性给药后,空白对照组蒸馏水灌胃,其余各组按照1.5 m L/100 g的高度酒(酒精度52%)给予灌胃,连续1周,观察并比较各组肝、胃的损伤情况。结果五汁饮低剂量组胃黏膜损伤指数低于模型组(P<0.05),五汁饮高剂量组胃黏膜损伤指数显著低于模型组(P<0.01);HE染色结果显示,五汁饮可减轻酒精性肝细胞损伤及胃黏膜损伤,五汁饮高剂量组作用更明显。结论五汁饮可以改善急性酒精性肝细胞损伤、胃黏膜损伤,具有保肝护胃作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Wuzhiyin on acute alcoholic liver injury and gastric mucosal injury. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Gehua group, low dose group of Wuzhiyin, high dose group of Five Juice Drink. After prophylactic administration of medicine, the blank control group was given distilled water by gavage, other groups were given 1.5 m L/100 g wine(alcohol 52%) for one week by gavage, and the injury of liver and gastric mucosa in each group were observed. Results The gastric mucosal lesionindex of low dose group of Wuzhiyin was lower than that of model group(P 〈0.05), and the high dose group of Wuzhiyin was also lower than that of model group(P〈0.01). The results of HE staining showed that Wuzhiyin could reduce the damage of alcohol induced liver injury and gastric mucosal injury, and the effect of high dose group of Wuzhiyin was more obvious. Conclusion Wuzhiyin can improve the acute alcoholic liver injury, gastric mucosal injury, show protective effect on stomach.
