摘要
目的初步探讨人参皂苷Rg3促进糖尿病大鼠创面愈合的作用。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病对照组和人参皂苷Rg3干预组。后2组通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病模型。STZ注射后,干预组予以人参皂苷Rg3 150mg/kg/d喂养,8周后在所有大鼠背部做2 cm×2 cm的矩形全层皮肤缺损,于伤后7、14、21d采集创面形状,观测愈合情况及计算创面愈合率,观察组织形态学改变。结果与糖尿病对照组比较,应用人参皂苷Rg3后,伤后7、14、21d创面愈合率增加,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);组织形态学观察皮创面局部炎症反应出现较早,坏死组织脱落及上皮匍行提前,创面愈合速度加快。结论人参皂苷Rg3对糖尿病大鼠创面具有明显修复作用,与临床观察研究结果一致。
Objective: To study the effect ofGinsenoside Rg3 on the improvement of wound healing in diabetic rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into a normal control group, a diabetic control group and a Rg3 inter- vention group. The later two groups were given intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) to establish diabetes models. After STZ injection, the intervention group was fed withGinsenoside Rg3 150mg/k/d. After 8 weeks, the backs of all the rats were made 2 ×2cm rectangle full thickness skin defect. After the injury of the 7th, 14th and 21st day, wound shapes were collected to observe their healing situations and to calculate the rate of wound healing and ob- serve their morphological changes. Results : Compared with the diabetic control group, the wound healing rate of the- Ginsenoside Rg3 group increased after the injury of the 7th, 14th and 21st day. The differences were statistically signif- icant (P 〈0. 01 ). Local inflammation of the skin wounds histologically appeared earlier, necrotic tissue dropping and epithelial creeping ahead of time, and the wound healing became faster. effect on wound repair in diabetic rats, consistent with clinical observation
