摘要 针对大唐石门电厂送出电网的安全稳定性进行分析,提出安全稳定控制方案。在冬季枯水期大负荷运行方式下,送出断面重载,无法满足电厂电力外送需求。为此,在大唐石门电厂配置安全稳定控制装置,合理设计控制策略和设定整定值,实现切机、切负荷等功能,提高电网输送能力并保证电网安全稳定运行,满足发电机组电力送出需求。 Security and stability was analyzed for the power grid with Datang Shimen power plant, and the security and stability control scheme was proposed in this paper. When the power grid operates with largest load in winter, the transmission lines with the plant power sending out will over-load, and cannot satisfy the requirement of the plant generated power full sending out. Security and stability control equipment was applied to improve the transmission capability by generator tripping, load shedding etc. The appropriate control scheme was designed, and the threshold was set for the equipment, Datang Shimen power plant could operate at full load and the power grids could operate with high security and stability.
