摘要
目的探讨社区护士护理核心风险评估能力量表的信度和效度,为测量社区护士护理核心风险评估能力提供有价值的研究工具。方法 2015年3-7月使用编制完成的社区护士护理核心风险评估能力量表对215名护士进行问卷调查,所得数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行信度和效度分析。结果总问卷的Cronbach＇s a系数0.970,各分量表的a系数分别为0.939、0.958、0.912、0.913、0.942、0.889、0.873和0.927。结构效度分析提取出6个公因子,累积贡献率达76.184%,各因子负荷均〉0.40,因子分析的结果与理论结构基本一致。结论社区护士护理核心风险评估能力量表有较好的信度和效度,是一个可靠、有效的测量工具。
Objective To investigate the reliability and validity of practice ability scale for community nursing. Methods Questionriaire survey was carried out for 215 nurses by using the professional core ability scale for community nurses and th＇e reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated. Results The factor of total questionnaire Cronbach＇s α was 0. 970. Six common factors were extracted by principal component analysis, and the cumulative contribution rate was 76. 185%. This indicated that the results for the factor analysis were consistent with the theoretical structure. Conclusion The practice score competence scale questionnaire for community nursing has a good reliability and validity. Thus, it can be considered as a reliable and effective measuring tool.
