摘要
绿色建筑在节能减排的背景下得到了快速发展。绿色建筑评价标准作为评定规范和准则对绿色建筑的发展起着重要作用。在对中国绿色建筑评价标准、美国LEED和新加坡Green Mark进行介绍的基础上,对比分析了三国最新版绿色建筑评价标准在评价阶段及对象、评价指标及权重、评分方式和评价管理机制等方面的优缺点,为中国绿色建筑评价标准的完善提出建议。
Due to energy saving and emission reduction, green building develops very fast. As the norms and principles for evaluation, the green building evaluation standard plays an important role on the development of green building. Based on the comparison of green building evaluation standard in China, LEED in America and Green Mark in Singapore, this paper made contrastive analysis of these evaluation standards on evaluation phase and object, evaluation index and weight factor, the way of grading and evaluation management. At last, some suggestions are proposed for the improvement of China＇s green building evaluation standard.
