摘要
BREEAM是目前世界上广泛使用的绿色建筑评估方法,它为可持续设计设定了最优标准,已经成为描述建筑环境性能的尺度。在评价对象、评价指标体系、评价方式及等级划分及评价体制方面,本文对中国《绿色建筑评价标准》和BREEAM的异同进行了比较。
BREEAM has been used widely in evaluation standard for green building in the world.It has set an optimal standard for sustainable design,and in fact,it has been a standard to describe the building environmental performance.The differences between the evaluation standards for green building of China and BREEAM were compared from the aspects of evaluation subject,evaluation index system,evaluation method,grading and evaluation system in this paper.
