摘要
中国企业对外直接投资存在资源寻求型、战略资产寻求型、市场寻求型三种动因。文化距离负向调节资源寻求型对外直接投资的区位选择,正向调节市场寻求型对外直接投资的区位选择,对战略资产寻求型对外直接投资的区位选择无显著影响。中国企业在"一带一路"沿线国家进行对外直接投资时必须关注文化距离的影响,资源寻求型企业在对外直接投资时,可选择与我国文化差异小的国家;市场寻求型企业在对外投资时,可选择文化差异较大的发达国家,以获得东道国的市场;而由于文化距离对战略资产寻求型对外直接投资没有显著影响,相关企业应结合行业、国际产业链竞争状况等因素综合决定其投资区域。
There are three types of motivation of Chinese enterprises' OFDI behaviors,namely resource-seeking,strategicasset-seeking,and market-seeking. Cultural distance has negative effect on resource-seeking OFDI location choice of Chinese enterprises,positive effect on market-seeking OFDI location choice of Chinese enterprises,and no significant effect on strategicasset-seeking OFDI location choice of Chinese enterprises. In implementing the strategy of OFDI in countries along the Belt and Road,Chinese enterprises must pay attention to the impact of cultural distance. For the resource-seeking enterprises,they should choose countries with almost no cultural difference with China;for market-seeking enterprises,they should choose countries with significant cultural difference with China to access the market of the host countries;and for the strategic-asset-seeking enterprises,they should determine their own filed of investment with the consideration of the competitive situation of the industry and international industrial chain.
