高流动性抗冲共聚聚丙烯热性能与动态力学性能分析 被引量:7

Study on Thermal Behavior and Dynamic Mechanical Properties of Highly Impact Polypropylene Copolymer with High Flowability

摘要 利用差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、动态力学分析仪分别对3种牌号(HHP10、AP03B、K7726)的高熔体流动速率抗冲共聚聚丙烯(IPC)的热性能、动态力学性能等进行了分析。结果表明,HHP10的半峰宽较AP03B和K7726小,结晶速率大且立构缺陷分子较多,但氧化诱导时间明显比AP03B、K7726短;K7726的耐热性能优于HHP10和AP03B;AP03B的玻璃化转变温度最高,冲击强度也最大,K7726中聚丙烯基体与乙丙橡胶的相容性相对最好;HHP10的储能模量最大,刚性最好。 Three kinds of high flow ability and impact eopolymer polypropylene were characterized using differential scanning calorimeter, thermogravimetric analyzer and dynamic mechanical analyzer. It was found that the width of half height of crystallization for HHP10 was narrower, the crystallization rate was larger, the quantity of stereo-defects was greater, and the oxidation induction time was obviously shorter than AP03B and K7726. The heat resistance of 7726 was superior to and the samples HHP10 and AP03B. AP03B possessed the highest glass transition temperature, best impact strength. The compatibility of polypropylene matrix and ethylene propylene rubber in K7726 was the best. HHP10 gave the best storage modulus and rigidity.
