摘要
对国内外3种高流动抗冲共聚聚丙烯的相对分子质量分布、乙烯含量、力学性能、热性能和流变性能进行表征与分析。结果表明:PP1相对分子质量分布较窄,乙烯含量较低,其弯曲模量、拉伸强度和冲击强度分别达到1627 MPa,29.0 MPa,6.2 kJ/m^(2),表现出更为优良的刚韧平衡性;PP3由于乙烯含量较高,所以刚性明显不足;PP1的半结晶时间最短,为0.83 s,可有效缩短制品的成型周期,提高生产效率;PP3由于相对分子质量大,相对分子质量分布较宽,分子链的缠结程度更大,因此,结晶能力最弱;3种高流动抗冲共聚聚丙烯的加工流变性能基本一致,可在相同加工工艺条件下加工成型。
The molecular mass distribution,ethylene content,mechanical properties,thermal properties and rheological properties of three high fluidity impact polypropylene PP1,PP2 and PP3 were characterized and analyzed.The results show that PP1 has narrow molecular mass distribution and low ethylene content,its flexural modulus,tensile strength,and impact strength reach 1627 MPa,29.0 MPa,6.2 kJ/m^(2),respectively,performing excellently in rigidity-toughness balance.Its half-crystallization time is 0.83 s,which can effectively shorten the molding period and improve the efficiency.PP3 has weak toughness due to high ethylene content within,whose poor crystallization behavior comes from greater entanglement degree of molecular chain thanks to its large molecular mass and wide molecular mass distribution.In addition,the processing rheological properties of the three materials are consistent,which means their injection molding can be carried out without changing the processing conditions.
