摘要
采用红外-微波复合法水解废弃聚酯纤维,以降解率为考察对象,对其工艺进行了研究,结果表明:在原料粒径为3mm×3mm、水与聚酯纤维的质量比10、反应温度为220℃、反应时间为50分钟时,降解率可达到94.8%,而反应器功率对降解率基本无影响.
In this paper,the waste polyester textile fiber was hydrolyzed by infrared and microwave method,and the process was studied by degradation rate as indexes.The result showed that,in the treatment condition of particle size(3mm×3mm),weight ratio of water to waste polyester textile fiber(10),temperature(230℃)and time(50min),the degradation rate was 99.8%,but the power for degradation rate had no effect.
