简要介绍了武钢引进的60 000m3/h空分装置氖氦连续生产工艺情况,分析了该系统工艺、设备工作原理,浅析应用改进创新点。
WISCO 60 000m3/h air separation plant neon helium continuous production process is introduced briefly , technology and equipment of the neon helium system is analyzed , and with analysis of application of the system to improve innovation.
