一般的空气分离装置,能够实现氧、氮、氩等组分的分离。如果配备氪氙和氖氦等稀有气体的提取系统,可以实现氪氙、氖氦稀有气体的粗提取。主要介绍了空分装置提取氖氦气工艺流程、提取氖氦对空分装置的影响及调试时注意事项。
Ordinary air separating unit can separate oxygen, nitrogen and argon, but if the unit is equipped with extraction system for Kr-Xe and Ne-He rare gases, it can achieve rough extraction of Kr-Xe and Ne-He. The paper mainly introduces the Ne-He extract process with air separation unit, the effect of Ne-He extraction on air separator and attention points during commissioning.
