超高温灭菌即UHT管式(或板式)杀菌在果汁等饮料,特别是乳品工业生产中应用广泛,一般杀菌温度控制在120~137℃,瞬间即可完成杀菌。
The ultra high temperature sterilization,UHT tube(or plate) sterilization,is widely applied in industrial production of fruit juice,beverage, and dairy products. Generally,sterilization temperature is controlled to 120~137℃,at which sterilization can be completed instantly.
