摘要
基于渐开线外啮合斜齿轮泵的困油数学模型和斜齿轮副图形模型,对渐开线外啮合斜齿轮泵的困油特性进行研究。结果表明:当齿宽在23~27mm之间时,随着齿宽的增加,困油经历的角度呈一次比例关系减小,最大困油体积呈二次比例关系增大;当齿宽b=23mm时,在其困油经历的角度内,困油体积随着轮齿转过角度的增大呈抛物线规律变化;随着螺旋角的增大,困油经历的角度呈一次比例关系减小。以上得出的结论可为以后选取和设计困油特性良好的齿轮泵提供理论依据。
This paper based on the oil trapped mathematical model and the helical gear pair graphic model to study the trapped oil characteristics of external helical involute gear pump. The results shows that: When b = 23-27 mm, the angle of trapped oil reduced on linear relationship and the biggest trapped oil volume increased on quadratic relationship with the increase of tooth width; When b = 23mm, within the angle of trapped oil , the trapped oil volume changed on parabolic rule with the increase of tooth turning angle; The angle of the trapped oil reduced on linear relationship with the increase of spiral angle. The above conclusion can provide theoretical basis for selection and design of gear pump which has a good trapped oil characteristics.
