摘要
在一台可以拍摄缸内混合气形成和燃烧过程的发动机上 ,在进气中加入不同浓度的二氧化碳 (CO2 )气体 ,研究其对柴油机的燃油束发展、混合气形成、着火、燃烧过程所带来的影响 ,同时采用三基色法对测出的燃烧温度场分布进行计算分析。拍摄的工况是在不同发动机转速以及不同的 CO2 浓度的情况下进行。拍摄到的图像经分析和计算表明 ,加入不同浓度的 CO2 后 ,燃油束的喷雾及混合过程没受影响 ,但使着火滞后期延长、燃烧持续期缩短 ,并降低了燃烧温度 ,特别是降低了最高燃烧温度。研究结果还表明 ,加入 CO2
The effect of the intake air blending with different concentrations of carbon dioxide (CO 2) on the mixing and combustion process was investigated on a 1.04 L single cylinder direct injection optical diesel engine in terms of the spray development,fuel and air mixing,ignition and flame expansion.Meanwhile,the temperature contour in the flame has been measured and analyzed by a new method based on the 3 basic color principle.Images of the flame development were obtained by means of a high speed CCD camera with 5 000 frame/s at several engine operating conditions,such as two engine speeds and the range of CO 2 concentration (0~22%).Analysis of these images revealed that CO 2 did not influence the fuel spray developing as the concentration varied,but made the ignition delay period slightly longer and shortened the burning duration.The calculation of combustion temperature in flame with the 3 basic color method showed that the temperature decreased as the concentration of CO 2 increased.The experimental results also illustrated that the more the CO 2 blending in the intake air,the worse the burning stability.
