摘要 与其它测温技术相比,光学测温技术具有非接触、实时、无损等无可比拟的优点,在国防、军事、工业生产中具有极其重要的作用。本文介绍了四种常见的光学测温技术,即激光光谱测温技术、全息干涉测温技术、基于CCD的三基色测温技术和红外辐射测温技术,其中又以红外辐射测温技术应用最为广泛。文中简单地介绍了前三种技术,而对红外测温技术的原理、方法和具体应用则进行了详细的论述。 Compared with other temperature measurement techniques, the optical temperature measurement techniques have many advantages such as non-contact, real-time and nondestructive features. They have a vital role in nation defense, military affairs and industry production. In this paper, four conventional optical temperature measurement techniques including the laser spectral temperature measurement, the holographic interference temperature measurement, the tricolor temperature measurement based on a CCD and the infrared temperature measurement are presented. Among the above four optical temperature measurement techniques, the infrared temperature measurement is the most widely used technique and its operation principle, method and particular applications are described in detail.
