摘要
在高职院校一些特殊项目中尝试实施学生导师制,导师制对解决学生目前存在的学习动机、学习需求与目标以及改善师生关系具有十分重要的作用。江苏建筑职业技术学院海本直通车项目在实施导师制过程中,以学生英语学习需求为导向,采用导师与学生面对面的指导方式,实行课堂教学和课下指导齐头并进的措施,较好解决了学生存在的英语学习动力不足等问题。
The implementation of tutorial system in some special projects in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in solving the current existing problems like learning motivation,learning demands and goals,as well as the relation between teachers and students. Tutorial system is applied in the project of " Top Express" in Jiangsu Institute of Architectural Technology,which is directed by the learning demands of the students. By face to face guidance to students,the combination of classroom teaching and after-class tutoring is implemented,which is a sound solution to solve problems like students’ lacking of motivation in English learning.
