摘要
难治性癫痫患儿对抗癫痫药物无效,给其身心发育造成巨大影响。寻找难治性癫痫患儿的替代治疗方案很有必要,类固醇激素作为治疗癫痫的药物之一,对其中一部分难治性癫痫有良好疗效。临床医生应了解并掌握类固醇激素治疗难治性癫痫的适应证、剂量、疗程等内容。
Epilepsy is a common neurological disease in children. Although most patients are seizure-free after treatment of antiepileptie drugs, a few patients have no response, called refractory epilepsy. Refractory epilepsy has huge influence on patients＇ physical and mental development. It is necessary to find an alternative for them. As one of the drugs for epilepsy, corticosteroids have good effect on refractory epilepsy. The clinician should know the indications, dose and course of cortico- steroids used in refractory epilepsy.
