摘要
该文建立了一种固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定植物油中苯并(a)芘含量的方法,样品经正己烷提取,采用Poly—SeryBAP苯并(a)芘专用SPE小柱净化,采用C18色谱柱分离,以乙腈/水:90/10(v/v)为流动相,荧光检测器检测。结果表明,苯并(a)芘在0.40~40.0μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,方法的检出限为0.1μg/kg。样品加标回收率为83.2%~93.6%,相对标准偏差在2.8%~4.7%。该方法耗费溶剂少,去油效果佳,灵敏度高,选择性好,方便快捷,适用于植物油中苯并(a)芘的测定。
To develop a method for determination of benzo (a)pyrene in vegetable oil by high performance liquid chromatography 'after solid phase extraction (SPE).Samples were extracted with hexane, then cleaned-up using PolySeryBAP SPE column, and separated on an Xbridge-C18 column using a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water (V/V=90: 10)by gradient elution.Finally the benzo (a)pyrene was detected with FLD. The benzo (a)pyrene showed good linearity in the range of 0.40-40.0μg/L (r=0.999 9). The recoveries were 83.2% -93.6%, and the RSD was 2.8% -4.7%. The limit of detection was 0.1μg/kg.The method had less solvent consumption and the degreasing effect was good. The method was simple, feasible and accurate and it could be applied to the quantification of benzo (a) pyrene in vegetable oil.
