摘要
目的分析黄冈市入托入学儿童预防接种证查验情况,评价实施效果。方法收集11家县级疾病预防控制中心填报的秋季入托入学儿童预防接种证查验情况汇总表,将数据录入数据库,进行统计分析。结果全市托幼机构、学校预防接种证查验覆盖率均为100.00%;全市托幼机构、学校预防接种证查验率、补证率、补种率、免疫规划疫苗补种率均达到95.00%以上。结论黄冈市入托入学儿童预防接种证查验工作效果较好,教育和卫生部门协调配合需加强,进一步完善预防接种证查验及漏种疫苗补种工作。
Objective To analyze the vaccination certificates inspection of children in kindergarten and school in Huanggang city, in order to evaluate the effect of implementation. Methods 11 county-level and higher level centers for diseases control and prevention （ CDC ） were organized to fill forms about vaccination certificates inspection of children in kindergarten and school children in autum, and statistic analysis was made by using the data of the forms. Results Inspection coverage rate of vaccination certificates of children in all kindergarten and school are 100.00 %; the inspection rate, reinforce vaccination certificates rate, revaccination rate, and revaccination rate of vaccines for Expanded Programme on Immunization （EPI） of children in all kindergarten and school are all 95.00 % above. Conclusions The vaccination certificates inspection of children in kindergarten and school in Huanggang city has achieved good effect, the education and health departments should strengthen coordinate, so as to consummate the vaccination certificates inspection and missed vaccines revaccination.
