摘要
目的了解我区儿童预防接种证查验和计划免疫工作现状。方法按照统一方案对我区2007年入托入学儿童预防接种证进行查验。结果全区托幼机构、学校预防接种证查验率、登记率均达100%,入托入学儿童预防接种证持证率为97.3%。疫苗漏缺种程度从高到低依次为乙脑疫苗、麻疹疫苗、流脑疫苗、脊灰疫苗、白破疫苗、百白破疫苗、乙肝疫苗、卡介苗。街道间入托入学儿童持证率、疫苗补种率有差异。结论建议采取多种措施。
Objective To study the present situation of examination of immunization certificate of children and EPI. Methods Exam immunization certificate of children in kindergarten and school according the unified programme in 2007. Results Both the rate of examination and registration of immunization certificate were 100%. The rate of possessing immunization certificate of children in kindergarten and School was 97.3% . The vaccination missing immunization from higher to lower degree in order were JEV, MV, EMV, OPV, DT, DPT, HBV, BCG. The rate of possessing immunization certificate and re - inoculation were significant difference between the townships. Conclusion It was suggested that a variety of measures should be taken to promote the examination of immunization certificate of children and EPI.
